Wow! Thanks so much for taking part in the #NatureNearYou challenge.
Together, we recorded more than twenty-five thousand sightings of Australian plants and animals! From colourful birds to creepy crawlies, we've seen some incredible species over the past two weeks.
Each and every sighting we made will be shared with the Atlas of Living Australia, Australia’s national biodiversity database hosted by CSIRO. This important data helps scientists and policy-makers better understand Australia’s biodiversity.
